Toby Carvery Bridgend

Xxxxx We visit the Toby Carvery at Bridgend regularly and find it consistent in both quality of food and service which we would rate as very good. We would have no hesitation in recommending this particular restaurant to anyone for both quality of food and service.

The food was great. I was disappointed that there was no beer (only lager), and there was confusion when I said I had booked online, since the manager said he had no record of it, despite me having an email confirming the booking. He said that I should have received a text but no text was ever received, only an email to reply to confirming that I would be attending, which I replied to (Booking Ref 1954429651).

This visit was exceptional, the food was excellent, hot and tasty. However the room was very hot and uncomfortable, when asked to turn the A/C they informed us that the A/C has not worked for approx 8 Years.

Food good and staff are as always excellent. Will continue to visit for ther food and service

Very disappointed that booking through this site, when I arrived the Toby carvery had no record of my booking.Food quality poor, like warm, mash and roast potatoes full of black lunps (eyes). I had an adult and child meal, I hD a very small portion of meat on adult plate compared to other customers and even the child portion was bugger than mine. I'm not a big eater but even for me the portion was small.
